Reporting

YBC utilizes a 24x7, up to the minute client portal for the reporting of audits performed on all assets. Each audit is customized to fit your needs and the information that is necessary for your corporation to retire the asset.  There are several options available to customize the audit process to suit your needs.

  1. During the Audit process a visual and electronic inspection is performed to determine the condition and completeness of an asset and to note any cosmetic damages to equipment, i.e. laptop hinges, cracks, toners left in printers, screen damage on laptops and monitors, etc.
  2. Equipment is then powered on and tested and the selected Audit menu items are captured.  This information is provided to the client in our detailed “Auditing Reports” and placed into a dedicated online database. It is during this stage, the asset will be assigned a “condition”.

(A) “A" Good working complete unit w/ no cosmetic damage
(B) “B” Good working unit w/slight cosmetic damage
(C) “C” Non-working unit, missing key components, cosmetic damages, can be Max -Yielded for repair or stripped for parts.

(R) “Recycle” - Asset has no resale value, stripped unit with no parts, severe cosmetic damage.

We pride ourselves in timely web exportable reporting (usually within 10 working days of receipt of product, and the exported .csv reports are compatible with Oracle, SAP and other ERP management programs).
